When do we need to decide what teams we are do we choose or do we get drawn random teams?

I'd love to do random teams but I'm not sure how to go about it, just have a list of best teams in the game? I worry that perhaps people may leave the league if they are left with a team they don't like and have been randomly assigned to so I think that for this season I will let people choose teams in the Team Selection thread when it is open and if this season is successful and see what teams people have chosen I may go and do a random selection for season 2 if people are interested

Yeah no problem I can see your point, just let us know when we can choose and we will confirm are team.

Suggestion:

Maybe a draw of 4.5 and 4 stars teams, and if a team doesn't like the club he got in the draw, they can swap it to a similar rated team that is not taken by anyone else. 

Don't include 5 star teams.
